DD11's work is delivered against a six-phase process. The same phases apply to biography engagements, Wikipedia advisory and digital-legacy custodianship — differing only in emphasis, not in standard.

Phase 02
2–3 weeks
Eligibility & Feasibility
For advisory engagements, an initial eligibility assessment against public encyclopedic standards. For documentation engagements, a feasibility review of source availability.
Phase 03
3–5 weeks
Source Audit
Systematic identification of independent, published, secondary sources. Each source is assessed for reliability, independence and depth of coverage.
Phase 04
4–8 weeks
Research & Documentation
Structured drafting of the biographical file, chronology and supporting materials. Every substantive claim is anchored to a citation in the source register.
Phase 05
2–3 weeks
Editorial Review
Independent internal review for neutrality, sourcing quality and factual accuracy. Client review is limited to factual corrections; editorial judgement is retained by DD11.
Phase 06
Ongoing
Custodianship
Ongoing monitoring, periodic updates and a defined correction protocol. Legacy files remain under DD11 editorial oversight for the duration of the engagement.
Standards
The internal editorial tests every file must pass.
- Sourcing: every substantive claim is anchored to an independent, published, secondary source.
- Neutrality: encyclopedic register — no superlatives, no promotional framing, no unsourced opinion.
- Verifiability: readers must be able to locate and confirm every cited source.
- Independence: DD11 retains editorial control; clients review facts, not tone.
- Confidentiality: unpublished materials and working papers remain private.
